We are currently seeking a Director for our Vibration, Noise, and Geotechnical Instrumentation Monitoring Department. This individual will be responsible for the overall management of projects in these areas, including supervising teams on various sites, particularly in institutional environments such as hospitals and schools.

Main Responsibilities
As the team leader, the Director:
Supervises monitoring teams (vibrations, noise, geotechnical instrumentation).
Leads the design of specialized studies aimed at assessing vibrations and sound levels, determining ambient levels, analyzing data, and formulating recommendations for clients.
Ensures the quality of reports, budget management, and project billing.
Identifies new business opportunities and contributes to the strategic development of the department.
Collaborates with other departments to provide integrated solutions.
Supervises the professional development of the team.
Works closely with other directors and internal and external stakeholders to maintain the company's excellence and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Desired Profile:
Degree in civil engineering, geological engineering, geotechnics, or construction engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in vibrations and/or geotechnical instrumentation.
Proficiency in measurement instruments (seismographs, sound level meters) and processing software.
Skills in project management and strategic development.
Member of the professional order of engineers (OIQ).
